The Scientific Council of the Impulse Medical Institute is the main collective body that resolves issues related to the scientific activities of the institute. The Scientific Council conducts its activities in accordance with the Law No. 637 of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Education" dated September 23, 2020, the Labor Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 161-I, the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated December 21, 1995, and the Law No. 576 "On Science and Scientific Activity" dated October 29, 2019, as well as in accordance with the institute's Charter and other local regulatory legal documents. The Council also operates based on the regulations "On the Scientific Council" of the institute and acts as an authorized body within the framework of the established legal documents.

The main goal of the Scientific Council is to make collective decisions on all issues based on scientific activities at the institute and to promote scientific research.

The activities of the Scientific Council are based on the principles of transparency, collective discussion, and problem-solving, requiring a responsible approach in front of the institute's staff and students.

The main tasks of the Scientific Council are:

To determine the main directions of the institute's scientific development;

To legally and normatively regulate the main issues of organizing scientific activities;

To develop and implement the institute's scientific activities programs;

To consider issues related to scientific research and informational-analytical activities and to make decisions;

To approve the plan of topics for scientific research conducted by the institute;

To approve the work plans of the Scientific Council of the institute;

To encourage professors, staff, and students to write and publish scientific articles.

The Scientific Council of the Impulse Medical Institute plays an important role in further developing the institute's scientific and research activities with the aim of achieving high scientific standards.
